Because the Carbs on Plate application does not use user accounts and does not collect or transmit personal information to our servers, we do not store any user data that requires deletion.

If you wish to delete the carbohydrate data and preferences you have saved within the app, you can do so at any time by clearing the app's storage data in your device settings or by uninstalling the application completely.

4. Do we share your information with anyone else?

We do not have access to your personal data to share. However, if required by law, we may disclose available technical information to the police, regulatory bodies, or legal advisers in connection with any alleged criminal offense or legal proceedings. 5. Product Information Accuracy

The CoP products database contains common unbranded products. Nutritional information is based on different variations and origins and cannot be 100% accurate for each product. It should be used as a reference only.

Products sourced through the Open Food Facts API are added by community users, which means some information may be incomplete, outdated, or incorrect. It is the user's responsibility to verify the accuracy of the information before use. Visit https://openfoodfacts.org to contribute to the API.

6. Rights & Liability (Medical Disclaimer)

It is absolutely essential that you understand that CoP is intended only as a reference guide and as an aid to your daily carbohydrate management. High accuracy cannot be guaranteed due to product variation and origins.

The app is not intended to be used as a medical device. If the information in the app is used to calculate insulin doses or for any other medical purpose, you agree that this is done entirely at your own risk and you take full responsibility for the outcome. The developers are not liable to you under any theory of liability or damages in connection with your use of the Carbs on Plate (CoP) application.
